5. VIP Program
tk 333 has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier.
- Bronze tier: up to 0.3% cashback on weekly net losses
- Silver tier: up to 0.7% cashback on weekly net losses
- Gold tier: up to 1.0% cashback on weekly net losses
Cashback calculation example: if a Silver member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback. Cashback each week is capped at the maximum rate for that tier.
VIP tier changes are based on user activity. tk 333 reserves the right to change a user's VIP tier for any reason.
6. Betting Rules
6.1 Finality of Bets
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be withdrawn unless tk 333 itself cancels it. If a bet is incorrectly accepted due to a technical error, tk 333 reserves the right to cancel it.
6.2 Odds Changes
Odds in sports betting may change at any time. A bet will be settled at the odds that applied at the moment the bet was confirmed.
6.3 Event Cancellations
If a sports event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded or resettled on the new date in accordance with tk 333's established rules.
6.4 Suspicious Activity
If match fixing, use of insider information, or any other misconduct is suspected, tk 333 may suspend or cancel any bet and place the associated account under investigation.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk 333:
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing
- Using automated bots, scripts, or third-party software to place bets
- Attempting to earn bonuses through multiple accounts
- Attempting to breach the site's security measures
- Deceiving or harassing other users
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor
- Using the platform in violation of any applicable law
In the event of a violation of these rules, tk 333 reserves the right to immediately close the account and confiscate the balance.
8. Responsible Gaming
